Whether at school or college, while applying for a job or husband-hunting 'in the matrimonial market, undue importance is given to her complexion and appearance. Is she fair or dark? Is she thin or fat? These factors have all put a premium on appearance and the plain Janes feel self-conscious and inadequate. But it is the/experience of many men that sexually many plain Janes are more responsive than the so-called neutron bombs in whom sex oozes from every pore—but that is as far as it goes!
The size of the breasts bothers many young ladies and having heard of plastic surgery, innumerable young women want to improve on their size. This is due to the erroneous belief that men like 'a handful' or 'a palmful'. Similarly, women who have oversized breasts are self-conscious about them and go in for plastic surgery to make them smaller.
